The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in our team, driving sales strategies, engaging with clients, and contributing to our revenue growth objectives. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster a collaborative remote work environment.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Maintain an organized record of all client accounts, sales leads, and follow up communications.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Participate in conferences on behalf of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or relevant role in sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- Willingness to continually educate themselves on products, services, and industry changes.
