Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop actionable sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that sales strategies are adequately supported with marketing resources.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and business expansion.
  • Monitor competitors' sales activities and marketing campaigns to stay ahead in industry developments and innovations.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote the company and forge productive relationships with potential clients.
  • Deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients and investors, demonstrating the value of our services and products.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships while effectively negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales outcomes, forecasted revenue, and strategic planning effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may affect future business opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development related to sales techniques, marketing strategy, and industry-specific knowledge.

Requirements
