Sales Lead Generation Representative – Entry-Level

Endeavor Acquisitions, a locally based direct marketing agency, partners with nationally recognized brands to increase awareness and deliver results through live, face-to-face promotions in retail and event spaces.

We are currently representing a leading home improvement brand and are seeking motivated individuals to connect with customers, spark interest, and generate qualified leads. This role offers paid training, hands-on mentorship, and plenty of upward mobilityperfect for those eager to launch a career in sales, marketing, or business development.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners in retail settings who are considering renovation or improvement projects

• Schedule quality appointments for the sales team (no cold calling or closing required)

• Record lead details and collaborate with the team to hit campaign goals

• Represent top brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable starting conversations

• Adaptable and able to succeed in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment

• Goal-driven with a student mentality and growth mindset
