Entry Level Account Manager

We are a fast-growing marketing and sales organization that works with nationally recognized brands inside leading retail stores. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Account Managers. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, driven, and interested in learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and account management.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be on the front lines representing our clients, connecting with customers in-store, and helping to build long-term brand loyalty. You’ll learn how to manage client accounts, identify new opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth, all while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
Promote brand awareness and drive sales inside retail locations.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Track progress, analyze performance, and share growth insights with leadership.
Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a retail environment.
