Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for supporting our clients by executing their in-store marketing initiatives, engaging directly with their customers. Our role involves enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, overseeing account coordination, and managing promotional activities and customer interactions at retail locations
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in following up on leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients in-store.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Customer Relationships: Build rapport with clients, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and customer service (preferred not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
