High-Performing Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Hudson Valley, NY Highland, NY | Studio Blu Dental

$55–$65/hour base pay + Performance Bonuses + Benefits

Studio Blu Dental is seeking an exceptional, results-driven Registered Dental Hygienist to join our high-performing, patient-focused practice in the Hudson Valley. This is a unique opportunity for a hygienist who is high-efficiency, co-diagnosis-focused and who wants to maximize patient care and earnings.

This is a part-time role (1–2 days per week to start), with strong potential to expand based on performance and production.

What We’re Looking For:

-Licensed NY RDH with strong periodontal therapy experience

-Excellent communication and case presentation skills

-Efficient, organized, and motivated to drive patient care and practice growth

-Positive, professional, team-oriented mindset

-Certified to administer local anesthetics and nitrous oxide

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform all hygiene procedures:  prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings

-Take diagnostic digital x-rays and high quality intraoral photos to support diagnosis and case acceptance

-Partner with the dentist to identify restorative and periodontal opportunities

-Educate patients to increase treatment acceptance and long-term oral health

-Own the hygiene schedule with the front office to maintain high efficiency and productivity

-Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive loyalty and referrals
