What We're Looking For?

- Active Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification (the essentials!) 

- A friendly, approachable communication style with patients and teammates 

- Someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests 

- A collaborative spirit who thrives in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment 

- Hygienists who appreciate flexibility and are willing to extend the same to our patients  


Essential Functions:

- Patient education on periodontal disease, decay progression, and preventative care 

- Taking thorough clinical records (medical history, blood pressure, x-rays, clinical photos, periodontal measurements) 

- Presenting clinical findings to patients clearly and professionally 

- Providing painless periodontal therapy 

- Administration of nitrous and local anesthetics (highly desirable) 

- Maintaining impeccable organization of hygiene supplies 

- Demonstrating consistency in cleanliness, timeliness, and service 

- Assisting with answering phones, maintaining hygiene schedule, and back-office duties as needed
