What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, align on retail campaign strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging in the field.
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele while acquiring information to set the installation team up for success.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and their target customers—gathering real-time feedback, and generating quality leads!
• Participate in daily meetings to keep the team aligned and informed on current office goals for the week.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong team player with a drive for personal growth and development.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• A reliable means of transportation to our Frederick, MD office.
