We are looking to adds a motivated and enthusiastic entry level Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team whose willing to oversee our clients product launches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch a career while working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about growth and client success.

Day-to-day, you’ll oversee campaigns within various retail locations, connect with potential customers, and share product knowledge to match them with the right solutions helping obtain and generate leads. You’ll also provide valuable feedback from the field to help our clients improve future campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted representative of our clients' brands, working directly with customers to ensure a positive and informed experience.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, align on campaign strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging in the field.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and their target customers—gathering real-time feedback, and generating qualifying leads!
• Play a hands-on role in promoting Leaf Filter's products and services, helping our client gain visibility and market traction.
• Support the execution of high-impact retail locations that drive measurable results—your work directly contributes to client satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Help manage a team giving and implementing feedback to ensure growth and satisfaction for our brand plus clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
