At Ardour Millennial, we offer comprehensive paid training to equip our new team members with effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and communication skills. In this entry-level position, you will be interacting daily with customers face-to-face in our clients' retailers and are responsible for creating new accounts for the national brands we represent. Career advancement is based on performance, where we offer multiple opportunities for growth.

This full-time position is completely in person. Applicants local to Stafford are encouraged to apply! 

What You’ll Do:

• Master sales and marketing strategies through hands-on experience

• Connect with potential customers in a retail environment to build relationships and drive sales

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally

• Educate customers on products and services
