Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to determine their needs.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, thereby maintaining the brand's reputation. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Setting up displays that effectively catch the customer’s eye.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to customers and team members.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Proactive in learning about products and store operations to maximize sales potential.
  • Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A strong desire to develop career paths within the retail industry.
