We’re Los Altos Family Smiles, a modern, digital practice rooted in 40+ years of compassionate care—and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Los Altos, CA.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Assist the doctor in a wide range of clinical procedures—restorative, surgical, and sedation cases

• Create a warm, reassuring environment for patients of all ages

• Maintain excellent sterilization protocols and help manage clinical inventory

• Take high-quality radiographs, digital scans (CBCT, iTero), and intraoral photos

• Document procedures accurately and efficiently in Open Dental

• Collaborate with the team on both back and front office tasks to keep the day flowing smoothly

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 2–4+ years of experience

• Love to stay organized and calm—even on busy days

• Are tech-comfortable (or excited to learn)—we use CBCT, iTero, intraoral cameras, and more

• Communicate clearly and warmly—with patients, teammates, and referring offices

• Enjoy pitching in wherever needed, including occasional front desk support

• Want to grow long-term with a stable and caring team
