What We’re Looking For:
Experienced & Tech-Savvy: 2-4 years of dental assisting experience, with a passion for using the latest dental technology. If you’re familiar with iTero, CBCT, laser treatments, or intraoral cameras, we’d love to chat. If not, we’ll train you—learning is key to our culture!
Patient-Focused & Caring: You’ll be the calm, friendly face that makes patients feel at ease. You enjoy engaging with patients, answering their questions, and ensuring they’re comfortable from start to finish.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly. From keeping the inventory organized to maintaining sterilization protocols, you help us maintain an efficient and stress-free office environment.
Team Player: Whether you’re assisting in procedures, answering phones, or jumping in to support the hygienist for a quick couple minutes, you’re always ready to collaborate and contribute wherever needed.
Passionate About Dentistry: You love what you do and take pride in providing the highest level of care, while constantly learning and growing in the field.
In This Role, You’ll:
Assist in various general dentistry procedures, from restorative and surgical treatments to sedation, all while using the latest technology to deliver the best patient care.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next patient.
Support our front office team with scheduling and patient communication when needed.
Provide excellent chairside assistance, making sure every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
Keep things organized—sterilize instruments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure the office is always running efficiently.
Help manage inventory and supplies to keep everything stocked and ready.
