We are looking for an Experienced Dental Ceramist.
Requirements:
- Speak, read and understand English
- Located in commuting distance of Gilroy, California (no relocation is available)
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to accept direction/correction on work related tasks
- Time management, and ability to prioritize work
- Advanced knowledge of ceramics anatomy and aesthetics
- Artistic ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dental Technician experience of 3 or more years
- CAD/CAM experience is desirable
- All on X experience desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment
- Cosmetic smile design knowledge
- Proven record of high quality work in dental restorations

Job Duties
- Fabricate crowns, bridges, prepless and prepped veneers and implants
- Operate precision instruments
- Collaborate with team to understand Doctor needs and preferences
- Provide aesthetic and functional results consistently
- Follow Williams Dental Lab protocols
- Deliver precision dental restorations that uphold the highest standards of quality
- Work on complex Restorations that require advanced artistry and expertise.
- Provide client centered service that goes above and beyond client expectations
- Identify and troubleshoot problems, make adjustments as needed to resolve the issues
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring on time delivery of final restorations
