We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) to join our growing team specializing in brand marketing, event marketing, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.

You will gain hands-on experience representing brands through in-person marketing, community events, trade shows, and promotional activations.

No prior marketing experience required—full paid training and structured onboarding provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent brands at community events, trade shows, pop-ups, and promotional activations
• Support event marketing, field marketing, and brand awareness campaigns
• Deliver clear and professional brand messaging to the public in face-to-face interactions
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers and building positive impressions
• Assist with event setup, coordination, operations, and teardown activities
• Collect and report customer engagement data, feedback, and campaign insights
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and campaign performance goals
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence in all marketing and outreach environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree a plus)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face, customer-facing environments

• Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends
