We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Non-Profit Client Associate to support client services, fundraising initiatives, event marketing, and nonprofit campaign management.

You will gain hands-on experience in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and event coordination while working closely with nonprofit partners.

No experience required—paid training and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily client relations and account management for nonprofit partners
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, donor events, and marketing activations (virtual and in-person)
• Coordinate event marketing, community outreach, and nonprofit promotional initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create social media content, fundraising materials, and brand messaging
• Track and analyze fundraising performance, donor engagement, sponsorships, and event metrics
• Research and identify donors, sponsors, grants, and community partnership opportunities
• Provide professional communication and support via email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Manage administrative tasks including CRM updates, scheduling, reporting, and database management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, or related field
• Strong interest in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, event marketing, or client services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based environments
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven workplace

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or nonprofit volunteering
• Interest in fundraising, donor relations, community outreach, or event planning
• Experience with CRM systems, event coordination, or marketing support
