We are actively hiring an Entry-Level Brand Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team in marketing, brand promotion, event marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.

You will represent well-known brands through face-to-face marketing, promotional events, community outreach, and customer engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent brands in face-to-face marketing, promotional events, and outreach campaigns
• Support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and marketing activation efforts
• Engage directly with the public as a brand ambassador and promotions representative
• Assist with event marketing, field marketing, pop-up promotions, and in-person activations
• Deliver clear messaging about products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Build strong customer relationships to increase brand engagement and loyalty
• Track and report customer interactions, leads, engagement metrics, and campaign performance
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and campaign goals
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence as a brand representative in the field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience a plus)
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with public speaking and face-to-face interaction
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Available for full-time work including evenings or weekends if needed
• Reliable transportation for event-based and field marketing assignments

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or event experience
• Interest in brand marketing, advertising, promotions, public relations, or business development
• Experience as a brand ambassador, promotional staff, or event staff
