Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

Salary Range:  $50000 - $75000 year

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) to support in-person customer interactions and help create a positive, welcoming experience for individuals engaging with our services.

This role is focused on face-to-face communication, customer support, and service excellence in a structured, team-based environment.

No prior experience is required—we provide full paid training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers in person
  • Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to questions, requests, and service needs
  • Assist individuals in navigating available services, programs, or resources
  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and customer-focused presence
  • Help keep service areas organized, clean, and efficient
  • Work closely with team members to support daily customer flow and operations
  • Communicate customer feedback or observations to leadership when needed
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
