We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) to support in-person customer interactions and help create a positive, welcoming experience for individuals engaging with our services.
This role is focused on face-to-face communication, customer support, and service excellence in a structured, team-based environment.
No prior experience is required—we provide full paid training and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers in person
- Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to questions, requests, and service needs
- Assist individuals in navigating available services, programs, or resources
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and customer-focused presence
- Help keep service areas organized, clean, and efficient
