Fundraising & Marketing Associate

Salary Range:  $50,000 - $65,000 year

Tri-Valley Collective is seeking a motivated and energetic Fundraising & Marketing Associate to support nonprofit outreach campaigns and community engagement efforts. This role combines face-to-face marketing, fundraising, and event coordination to help drive awareness and support for meaningful causes.

This is an entry-level position with paid training and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Fundraising & Outreach

  • Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach campaigns
  • Engage with the public to promote causes and secure donations or sign-ups
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in executing in-person marketing campaigns
  • Communicate campaign messaging clearly and effectively
  • Track daily performance and campaign results

Event Coordination

  • Support setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events
  • Ensure a positive and professional public-facing experience

Team Development

  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive, outgoing, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be reliable and professional

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
  • Interest in nonprofit work or community outreach
