Tri-Valley Collective is seeking a motivated and energetic Fundraising & Marketing Associate to support nonprofit outreach campaigns and community engagement efforts. This role combines face-to-face marketing, fundraising, and event coordination to help drive awareness and support for meaningful causes.
This is an entry-level position with paid training and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Fundraising & Outreach
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach campaigns
- Engage with the public to promote causes and secure donations or sign-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in executing in-person marketing campaigns
- Communicate campaign messaging clearly and effectively
- Track daily performance and campaign results
Event Coordination
- Support setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events
- Ensure a positive and professional public-facing experience
Team Development
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals
- Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow
