We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) to support in-person customer interactions and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for individuals engaging with our services.
This role is centered around communication, support, and creating a welcoming environment. You will be part of a team that works directly with the public in structured, face-to-face settings.
No prior experience is required—training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers in person
- Provide clear, helpful responses to general questions and requests
- Support individuals as they navigate services or available resources
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence throughout the day
- Assist with keeping service areas organized and running efficiently
- Work alongside teammates to support daily flow and customer needs
- Share observations or customer feedback with leadership when appropriate
- Follow established guidelines to ensure consistency in service
