We are seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate to support community engagement initiatives, outreach programs, and in-person events. This role focuses on connecting organizations with local communities through structured, face-to-face engagement efforts.
This is an entry-level position with paid training, hands-on experience, and clear advancement opportunities. No prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in community outreach initiatives at scheduled events and engagement locations
- Represent partner organizations in a professional, positive, and approachable manner
- Engage with the public to share information about programs, services, or initiatives
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
- Assist with distributing materials and engaging attendees in conversation
- Track basic engagement activity and report feedback to team leads
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of outreach efforts
- Follow structured messaging and guidelines provided during training
