We are seeking a motivated and personable Community Outreach Representative to help build strong relationships between our organization and the local community. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging with community members, and supporting outreach initiatives that drive participation and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization at community events, outreach programs, and public engagements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders
- Promote programs, services, and initiatives to increase awareness and participation
- Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns and local events
- Gather community feedback and insights to improve programs and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and leadership
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate key messaging effectively
- Track outreach efforts and report on engagement results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage fieldwork
- Passion for community service, outreach, or public engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in outreach, customer service, marketing, or nonprofit work is a plus (not required)
