As a Community Outreach Representative, you will act as a vital link between our organization and the community, helping to promote programs, foster relationships, and increase awareness of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization at community events, local fairs, and public meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, local organizations, and community groups
- Conduct outreach campaigns to promote programs and services
- Assist in organizing workshops, outreach initiatives, and public events
- Track engagement metrics and maintain accurate records of outreach activities
- Support marketing and communications efforts to boost community awareness
- Provide information and resources to community members and stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and events
