We are hiring a motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our nonprofit outreach team. This hands-on, public-facing position provides an exciting opportunity to represent well-known nonprofit organizations at local events, fundraisers, and community engagement campaigns.

In this role, you will help raise awareness for important causes, inspire community involvement, and support nonprofits in creating real, measurable social impact. No prior experience is required—comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. All that’s needed is enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at public events, community gatherings, and fundraisers
• Communicate nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives clearly and professionally
• Engage the public with approachable and friendly interactions
• Distribute informational materials and answer questions to encourage community support
• Assist with event setup, on-site operations, and post-event breakdown
• Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional brand presence at all events
• Help the team achieve daily and weekly outreach and engagement goals

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Passion for nonprofit causes, social impact, or community engagement
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
