Salary Range:  $50000 - $75000 year

We are a fast-growing event marketing firm specializing in experiential campaigns, brand activations, and live events. We partner with leading brands to deliver memorable, face-to-face experiences that build awareness, engagement, and real-world connections with consumers.

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Representative to support client accounts and play an active, hands-on role in executing live events and brand activations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in events, brand promotions, or client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events, brand activations, and trade shows
  • Serve as a professional representative for client brands at events and engage directly with attendees
  • Support on-site operations including staffing coordination, materials distribution, and event flow management
  • Help ensure events run smoothly by addressing issues and troubleshooting in real time
  • Travel to various event locations and maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and campaign schedules
  • Collect attendee feedback and support performance tracking for post-event reporting

Core Duties

  • Support client account execution through live event participation and coordination
  • Assist in organizing schedules, event logistics, and day-of operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of event experiences
  • Help prepare client-facing summaries, reports, and event recaps
  • Participate in ongoing learning and training to develop event and client management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in events, promotions, customer service, hospitality, or related roles (internships welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy, event-driven environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
