We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Representative to support client accounts and play an active, hands-on role in executing live events and brand activations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in events, brand promotions, or client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events, brand activations, and trade shows
- Serve as a professional representative for client brands at events and engage directly with attendees
- Support on-site operations including staffing coordination, materials distribution, and event flow management
- Help ensure events run smoothly by addressing issues and troubleshooting in real time
- Travel to various event locations and maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and campaign schedules
- Collect attendee feedback and support performance tracking for post-event reporting
Core Duties
- Support client account execution through live event participation and coordination
- Assist in organizing schedules, event logistics, and day-of operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of event experiences
- Help prepare client-facing summaries, reports, and event recaps
- Participate in ongoing learning and training to develop event and client management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in events, promotions, customer service, hospitality, or related roles (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy, event-driven environments
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
