We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation documentation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Meet or exceed weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Equivalent experience or transferable skills will be considered
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, internships, or administrative roles is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and performance tracking
- Ability to evaluate soft skills and culture fit
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and candidate outreach
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (a plus)
