We are seeking a Junior Account Executive (Entry-Level) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events and nonprofit outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and are interested in marketing, events, or social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing experiential marketing events, nonprofit fundraising campaigns, and brand activations
- Support full event operations including setup, on-site coordination, live execution, and breakdown
- Manage event logistics such as materials, staffing coordination, and day-of event flow
- Engage directly with the public to promote client campaigns, increase awareness, and encourage participation
- Represent nonprofit organizations and brand partners professionally during live in-person activations
- Support senior account and events team members with client communication and execution updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly during live events
- Ensure all event activities align with client goals, messaging, and brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve event performance, engagement, and attendee experience
- Maintain a professional, energetic presence in all public-facing interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (no prior full-time experience required)
- Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail, sales, fundraising, or volunteer work is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active, public-facing environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks during live activations
- Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, experiential marketing, or brand activations is a plus
