Customer Acquisition Representative – Leadership Development

Salary Range:  $50000.00 - $75000.00 year

We partner with nonprofit organizations to expand their reach and grow their supporter and donor base through strategic outreach campaigns. Our mission is to connect nonprofits with communities while giving team members hands-on experience in customer acquisition, marketing, and leadership development.

We are currently hiring motivated, entry-level individuals looking to gain professional experience in client acquisition, campaign management, and team leadership. Structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement are provided.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Acquisition Representative, you will:

  • Work face-to-face with the public in high-traffic retail and community locations
  • Introduce nonprofit campaigns and initiatives
  • Help organizations grow their supporter and donor base

Training includes:

  • Customer acquisition strategy
  • Professional communication and sales development
  • Campaign management
  • Leadership and team development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit partners in customer acquisition campaigns
  • Engage potential supporters and communicate nonprofit initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign growth by expanding supporter participation
  • Maintain a professional presence at outreach events and locations
  • Participate in daily training and leadership development
