As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will assist with the full hiring process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, HR operations, and employer branding, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Support recruitment marketing, social outreach, and employer branding initiatives
Meet or exceed weekly hiring goals and performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer service, sales, internship, or administrative experience is a plus
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
