Entry-Level Recruiter

Salary Range:  $19 - $24 hour

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will assist with the full hiring process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, HR operations, and employer branding, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and culture fit

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs

  • Support recruitment marketing, social outreach, and employer branding initiatives

  • Meet or exceed weekly hiring goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Customer service, sales, internship, or administrative experience is a plus

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
