As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will represent client brands at local events, retail activations, and promotional pop-ups. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, interacting directly with customers, and helping execute strategic marketing campaigns. No previous marketing experience is required — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Execute in-person marketing campaigns at events, trade shows, and community outreach locations
Represent brands professionally while delivering clear and engaging messaging
Interact face-to-face with customers to increase brand awareness and generate interest
Assist with event logistics including setup, display coordination, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and track engagement metrics during events
Support campaign goals by working collaboratively with the marketing team
Maintain a positive and energetic presence at all promotional activities
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
