We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Entry-Level Recruiter will support the full hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs

• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

• Meet and exceed weekly hiring goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience or demonstrated skills will be considered

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Previous customer service, sales, internship, or administrative experience is a plus

• Understanding of performance metrics and goal tracking

• Ability to evaluate personality fit and soft skills

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Basic knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
