We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support in-person events, community outreach, and public-facing communications initiatives. Support on-site communications at community events, activations, and outreach initiatives
Assist with planning, setup, and execution of in-person events and public campaigns
Communicate key messages clearly and professionally to event attendees
Represent the organization and partner causes at live events and public forums
Coordinate with event and outreach teams to ensure consistent messaging
Collect attendee feedback and engagement information for post-event reporting
Assist with event breakdown and logistical coordination
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging with the public in face-to-face settings
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Interest in communications, public relations, events, or community outreach
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work is a plus but not required
