Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will assist in planning and executing community-focused marketing and outreach campaigns, working closely with internal teams and local partners to increase visibility, engagement, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate community events, public activations, and grassroots outreach campaigns

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Conduct basic market research on trends, audience behavior, and local competitors

• Assist with event logistics, including setup, sponsor outreach, and coordination with community partners

• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across outreach and marketing efforts

• Contribute creative ideas to increase community engagement, awareness, and participation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
