We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this hands-on, public-facing role, you’ll support live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns that help our organization create meaningful impact in the community.

No prior experience required — bring a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong people skills, and we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities
• Coordinate event logistics, including supplies, signage, and on-site materials
• Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Support event staff to ensure smooth, efficient event operations
• Distribute informational materials and answer basic questions about the organization or campaign
• Assist with event takedown, cleanup, and post-event organization
• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to support future event improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
