Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and partner organizations
- Assist with planning and executing community events, sponsorship activities, and volunteer programs
- Represent the company at public events, networking functions, and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with brand messaging and strategic goals
- Respond to public and customer inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
- Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics to measure program success and optimize initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when speaking with the public
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Passion for community engagement, relationship building, and brand advocacy
- Previous internship, volunteer experience, or background in PR, nonprofit work, or community outreach is a plus
