What You’ll Do 

• Provide exceptional support to clients, donors, and community members with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist with fundraising and promotional event coordination, including setup, logistics, and on-site support
• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients and nonprofit partners at events and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction
• Track client feedback and engagement to help improve customer experience and retention
• Maintain accurate client and donor records in CRM systems and internal databases
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns by distributing materials, engaging with attendees, and collecting community feedback
