What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and executing public-facing events, including town halls, community workshops, and local fairs
- Represent our organization at events—greet attendees, answer questions, and gather feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth coordination across departments
- Support event follow-up efforts such as contact list updates, summary reports, and data tracking
- Assist with coordinating logistics for community events, workshops, and public engagement activities
- Contribute ideas for new outreach strategies and community-driven initiatives
