We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll support live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, helping our organization make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities
• Coordinate event logistics, including supplies, signage, and on-site materials
• Greet and engage attendees professionally and enthusiastically
• Support team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Distribute informational materials and answer questions about the organization or campaign
• Assist with event takedown and post-event cleanup
• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to improve future events
