Salary Range:  $52000 - $68000 year

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Assistant to support public engagement efforts and help strengthen relationships with the people and organizations we serve. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in community relations, nonprofit advocacy, and event coordination. You’ll work alongside a mission-driven team to support impactful programs, public events, and partnerships that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs to increase engagement and public awareness.
  • Support communication efforts to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, schools, civic groups, and community leaders.
  • Help organize and manage community events, workshops, and public meetings.
  • Serve as a professional, approachable brand ambassador at community events and engagements.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance outreach campaigns and community-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies align with organizational goals.
