We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this hands-on, public-facing role, you’ll plan and execute community events, represent our brand in the field, and build meaningful connections with local audiences.
No prior experience is required—we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth into senior marketing, outreach, or event management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns
Represent our brand and partner organizations professionally at public events
Manage event logistics including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners
Track event performance, engagement, and outreach results
Ensure consistent brand presentation and professionalism at all events
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align field efforts with broader campaign objectives
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments
Team-oriented, yet able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
Experience in event coordination, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work is helpful but not required
