We’re hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to help us strengthen local partnerships, elevate our brand presence, and support community-driven initiatives.
This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in public relations, event coordination, community outreach, and corporate social responsibility. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to help drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and partner organizations
Assist in the planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, and volunteer initiatives
Represent the organization at public events, networking functions, and outreach efforts
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with brand values and messaging
Respond to community and customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and care
Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, confident, and comfortable with public speaking and networking
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passion for community engagement, brand advocacy, and relationship building
Internship, volunteer, or work experience in PR, nonprofit outreach, or community programs is a plus
