Key Responsibilities:
Support daily business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Train directly under experienced managers to develop leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
Participate in hands-on learning across departments including sales, marketing, and business strategy
Contribute to high-impact projects aligned with company goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
