We’re hiring an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our growing nonprofit outreach team.
In this people-centered role, you'll represent well-known nonprofit organizations at local events, raise awareness for meaningful causes, and inspire others to get involved. No prior experience is needed—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to make a real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engage directly with the public to share each nonprofit’s mission, values, and impact
Build trust and positive relationships through friendly, clear communication
Answer questions, provide informational materials, and encourage public support and involvement
Assist with event logistics, including setup and takedown
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic brand presence on-site
Contribute to team outreach goals and daily engagement targets
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, approachable personality and enthusiasm for speaking with new people
A passion for nonprofit work, community service, or social advocacy
A reliable and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Bonus: Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or volunteering is a plus—but not required
