Salary Range:  $50000 - $65000 year

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth strategy

  • Help create engaging sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Support lead generation efforts, including cold outreach and client follow-ups

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales alignment and execution

  • Track and manage leads, outreach activity, and client communications using CRM software

  • Assist in organizing webinars, trade shows, and promotional events

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
