What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business operations and enhance efficiency
Train alongside experienced managers to develop leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
Participate in hands-on learning across departments such as sales, marketing, and strategy
Assist with projects aligned to company goals that contribute to overall team success
Build and maintain strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and promote customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions to increase productivity
