We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives.

In this dynamic role, you'll contribute to expanding our client base, supporting marketing and sales strategies, and playing a key part in driving the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities in target markets

  • Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies

  • Assist in creating impactful presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral

  • Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and client follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities

  • Track outreach activity, progress, and client interactions using CRM tools

  • Help plan and support webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail

  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Eagerness to learn about sales strategy, business development, and client management
