What You’ll Do:
Coordinate Events: Help organize and staff town halls, workshops, community meetings, and public fairs.
Engage the Public: Serve as a welcoming and informed representative at events; answer questions and gather feedback.
Support Outreach Materials: Assist in preparing brochures, flyers, signage, and other materials for events and public programs.
Manage Logistics: Confirm event details including venues, schedules, and partnerships.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and coordination.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Compile contact lists, summarize attendee feedback, and help report on event outcomes.
