Salary Range:  $50000 - $65000 year

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their professional skills, contribute to strategic initiatives, and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping drive overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth strategies

  • Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Support outreach efforts and client engagement campaigns

  • Collaborate across departments to align goals and drive results

  • Track activity, outreach, and progress using CRM tools

  • Help coordinate and support webinars, events, and promotional efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
