Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing community outreach programs and initiatives

• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community groups, and partners

• Represent the company at community events, meetings, and activities to promote our mission and services

• Conduct outreach efforts through in-person visits to engage community members and strengthen relationships

• Help organize and support events, workshops, and community initiatives

• Collect feedback from community members and local groups to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Support the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and informational content for outreach efforts

• Track and report on community engagement metrics and outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of community outreach with overall company goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, sociology, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A genuine passion for community engagement and making a positive impact

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
