About the Role
As a Community Relations Manager, you will strengthen our brand visibility and reputation by engaging with local communities, coordinating outreach programs, and developing partnerships. You will work closely with teams across marketing and public relations to ensure our community strategies align with broader brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and influencers
Support and coordinate community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and volunteer programs
Represent the company at public engagements, expos, fairs, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community strategies with brand campaigns
Respond to public inquiries and feedback through digital platforms and social media
Help track engagement and prepare reports on community outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with a team-focused mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Interest in public engagement, community development, and brand awareness
Internship or volunteer experience in outreach, PR, or brand communications is a plus
